Cartoning machine
The new generation of packers monopack has been designed for packaging products at the end of the monopack The versatility allows to operate with any pickup head choice depending on the type of product, or packaging of products, in output from the production lines.
By way of example mention, boxes, bundles, jars, bags, bottles, and liter container (see illustration at right). The complete reliability of all models is ensured by the use of the best components. Similarly, the high level of performance is made possible by more than ten years of experience both as regards the mechanical and pneumatic, that for the electronics part.
Regarding the latter, it deserves to be emphasized simplicity and speed of the machine, made possible by a functional operation panel. The work programs can be made and modified by the user with extreme ease and business, in the same way, each stored program can be invoked by the operator.
Security has been obtained by means of scrupulous adherence to the rules and regulations to ensure a task without problems. The computerization of packing machine also allows for interesting data management of the production process interfacing with corporate databases.
