HAMER is a European company founded in 1980 by the Schiess family of Swiss origin. It is currently run by the second generation together with a team of experienced professionals dedicated to providing solutions to your packaging needs.

In our facilities, we design and manufacture equipment for the packaging market, especially thermoforming machines for the production of single-use plastic packaging, as well as automatic and semi-automatic lines for the production of blister packs.
Our R & D & I capability distinguishes us and allows us to incorporate new solutions based on 4.0 technology, such as remote equipment management, or innovation in new materials such as cellulose pulp.

Blister forming machine-BPC23

All machines in the BPC series integrate all operations needed to manufacture a blister package, as forming of the blister, loading of the product and sealing and trimming operations. Plastic film is fed from a roll into a set of indexing chains that pierce the film and transport it through a contact heater for heating to forming temperature. The heated sheet then indexes into a forming station where parts are formed by vacuum. The loading area allows the manual feeding of the products and the paper insert (if needed). Once products are already placed inside the firmed blisters, sheet moves into a sealing station where the complete working area is sealed against a plain film or a cardboard. Finally, sheet moves into a die-press mounted immediately after the sealing press where individual blisters are punched out. All relevant operational parameters are controlled via a touch-screen and saved inside the built-in PLC.

Blister packaging machine - FV35R

The FV35R is an automatic vacuum forming machine with separate stations for forming, for trimming and stacking. It is suitable for medium outputs of small parts. The FV35R is a pneumatic motioned machine specially designed to achieve simplicity in operation and flexibility. Designed to form blisters below the film line but with an option to modify the trimming press so that the blisters can be cut above the film line with a downward stacking operation. The formed blisters are stacked in piles on a conveyor belt, below the stacking device. This stacking system eliminates the need for complicated vertical stacking tools and can therefore to be shared between different formats.
